I'm Felix Hellström. I build software for people who run things, small to medium-sized companies.

Most small businesses lean on one thing that was never meant to carry them: an old program, an outdated website, a spreadsheet, or a person who is about to retire.

That is the problem I like. Not because it is glamorous, but because fixing it changes someone's Monday.

For the first time, software built for one business, not one industry, costs less than living with the workaround.

The reason is how I work: one person and a workforce of AI agents. I can take on the small, specific problems bigger firms will not, and still be the one who answers the phone afterwards.

In 2026 a hotel owner made nine new door codes from his phone, on his own, in his first session with the app I built for him. He still uses it every day.

That is what done looks like to me. Not a handover. A thing his staff use every morning.

The whole story: the program nobody at the hotel could explain, and how it was replaced.

Gästchatt is a chat for hotel guests, reached by a QR code where the guest is standing, so the questions guests ask at night stop landing on the phone. It has been a working demo since September 2026 and is being offered to its first hotel as a pilot.

Klar is the Swedish word for clear, ready, and done. It is also how I work.

Clear. I take problems I can see the bottom of, and say no to the rest.

Ready. I start from your real bottleneck, in days, not from a deck.

Done. I keep running it. Done is not a handover. Done is a system your staff use every morning, and a monthly fee that pays for keeping it that way.

Himmel is sky. A clear sky is what you have once the thing that was holding you back is gone.

A booking system, your website, an invoicing tool, the old program only one person understands. Often there is no documentation and nobody to ask. That is the work. It is proven at a hotel and serviced-apartment business, live and used every day.

I started my first company at 17 with two childhood friends, building software for small businesses. Some thirty client projects before we finished school. It merged into MicroAA Labs, where I spent two and a half years on business development and sales until the company was sold. Then five years at Stormfors as technical lead and partner, building for other people's clients.

Klarhimmel is me going back to running my own business, with what those years taught me: keep it small, keep it specific, and stay the one who answers the phone.

Everything I build is documented and made from ordinary parts, so another developer could pick it up. The code is yours. Until that day is needed, I run it, and the monthly fee is what pays for that.
